(1) When proceeding with a case, if the case does not appear to be under this Act, the court shall issue a pamphlet with reasons and follow the general procedure according to other applicable laws of Nepal in the rest of the proceedings of that case. br> (2) If it is found that some matters in a case fall under this Act and some matters should be followed according to other prevailing Nepalese laws, the entire proceedings of the case should be followed according to other prevailing Nepalese laws.
